VICTORIA PARK HOTEL, Derby – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, although it was a bit noisy being next to the breakfast area. The service was a mix of unfriendliness and friendliness, with quick attention during breakfast. The location was convenient for shops and parking, but there was a slight mold scent in the semi-basement. The dining experience was decent with ample food options. The facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The hotel was not ideal for a lads weekend as the bathroom was unhygienic and more suited for single occupancy. However, the staff were helpful, and the service was friendly despite some issues with the bathroom facilities. The location, though not perfect, was relatively close to the city center. The dining experience was okay, with a mix of hot and cold options. Overall, it was not the best stay for the price.

The pricing was fair for some amenities provided, although improvements are needed in other areas.
